Deputy Commander of District 12. A tall, thin man with sparse hair and glasses. He has sharp eyes and is suspicious of Shu Lan. He possesses the Reflecting ability which reflects attacks back at attackers. He suspects Shu Lan of having the Plunder ability and tries to kill her, but is ultimately killed by Shu Maomao after being given a chance to surrender.
