Female minor character. Also referred to as Qu Luoya. She appears in Chapter 32, went to the government office to do things Ying Xu instructed. She seems to have a connection to Ying Xu and was brought to the Ying Mansion. She laughed when learning her unfaithful husband was taken to Dali Temple.
