Qing Jie is Xu Tangtang's cousin and appears to serve as her friend and companion. She is more level-headed and sensible compared to Xu Tangtang's flamboyant and spoiled nature. She expresses relief that Fu Yu has grown capable of handling things independently. During the concert incident, she scolds Xu Tangtang for her impulsive behavior and tries to take her to the hospital for her injured hand. She is referred to as Qing Jie, meaning Sister Qing, by Xu Tangtang, suggesting she is older than Xu Tangtang. She accompanies Xu Tangtang to the auditorium and witnesses the confrontation between Fu Yu and Xu Tangtang, as well as the old man's public acknowledgment of Fu Yu.
