Zhou Wu's friend, also referred to as Qin Yun. He enjoys racing and driving fast. He has a bratty niece who he hired a tutor for. He was present at the restaurant dinner and later at Blue Note where he discovered Zhou Wu looking at Wen Ci's Moments. He drove a car following Zhou Wu's G-Wagon after the meal.
