Male, also known as Scholar Qin, a xiucai (licentiate scholar) who rarely leaves his home. He was the only licentiate scholar within a hundred li and served as guarantor for imperial examination candidates. He personally wrote the dowry inventory document and accompanied the Qin clan to Wang Family Village.
