Li Xiaoxiao's brother-in-law and Qin Dabao's grandfather. He charged out of the crowd brandishing a hoe to fight Li Xiaoxiao but was quickly thrown to the ground. He had seven daughters with his wife before finally having Qin Dabao as their only son/grandson. He was described as having acted improperly regarding the custody of Qin Dabao.
