Also known as Old Qin or Qin Lao, a traditional Chinese medicine doctor in the X Military Region of Beijing City. He studied medicine at age eight and has been practicing for over 60 years. He has two disciples and wants Lin Weiwan to be his last disciple. He is enthusiastic and somewhat eccentric, even offering to arrange marriage between Lin Weiwan and one of his disciples. He was impressed by Lin Weiwan's flying needle skill.
