A member of the Qin family, married to Wang Xue. He is weak-willed and meek, easily dominated by Qin Shengguo. Qin Shengguo predicted he would not live past thirty and that all his wives would die. He ultimately chose self-preservation over his wife and children, dragging Wang Xue and the daughters out of the house and slamming the door on them.
