A third-year medical student at the medical college, part of the first class of Worker-Peasant-Soldier University students in 1970. He previously worked at the Municipal Public Security Bureau for two years, assisting his father who was a forensic pathologist. He chose to study gynecology and obstetrics after his sister died from difficult childbirth. He is starting his hospital internship next month.
