Qiao Qiao's grandfather and father of Qiao Xinghe. He leans toward his son during the rescue asking him to prioritize their family. Later he and his wife Li Mei try to request staying at Qiao Xinghe's flooded home, playing roles of stern and submissive together to manipulate their son.
