Duke of Su, father of Qi Suichao. A seasoned military commander who led troops north to fight the Xiongnu. Emperor Xuan of Qi sent him knowing that if he won he would relinquish power, and if he lost he would die. He died on his way back to the capital when his old illness relapsed. Before departing, he advised his son to stay cautious and pretend his relationship with Zhixing was merely brotherly.
