The chairman of the Qi family and father of both Qi Qin and Qi Su, though neither is biologically his. He cheated on his wife and had a mistress who was pregnant at the same time. He swapped the two babies at birth so his mistress's child would not suffer. He suppressed the truth and threatened Qi Qin when the latter was about to reveal it, partly because he believed Mu Ling liked Qi Qin and the family cooperation depended on it. He still loves his wife Lan Xu.
