Male, a retired portrait professor from the provincial department. He is extremely skilled, having drawn more than a hundred thousand portraits covering almost every type of human face. He can reconstruct a face from a skull using only six bone points compared to the normal thirty-six needed. He retired early the year before last for unknown reasons and occasionally helps at the provincial department but will not come for work at local city bureaus.
