The official in charge of the prison. He responds to the commotion from the fight between Tuqiu Jiu and the twin brothers. He arrives to find Tuqiu Jiu on the ground with Tuqiu Zhi and Tuqiu Fei standing over him, and assumes the twins are attacking Tuqiu Jiu. He angrily confronts the two boys, who kneel in fear.
