Prince Kangshun is a royal figure of significant status, mentioned by Madam Zhou during her conversation with Ye Sangzhi at Xuánmiào Temple. His Majesty granted him a royal villa on Qingxi Mountain, which includes a large hot spring and the surrounding land. The villa features a vast grove of peach trees at the foot of a waterfall, where the hot spring's warmth causes the blossoms to bloom early every year. The estate and the adjacent Qingxi Stream are restricted areas, open only to nobles and officials between February and April. Ordinary people are prohibited from entering, indicating the prince's high status and the royal significance of the property.
