Sheng He's father, a wealthy businessman whose empire made the Sheng family one of the wealthiest households in Kyoto. He travels all over the world and sees his daughter only once or twice a year. He bought Sheng He a luxury apartment near campus and hired a housekeeper and chauffeur for her. He once helped He Xiao's father out of a difficult situation and personally asked He Xiao's father to let He Xiao serve as Sheng He's bodyguard.
