Also referred to as Prefect Zheng, he is the prefect of Qingzhou and a former student of Madam Zhou's maternal grandfather. He was demoted to Qingzhou for pleading on behalf of Grand Tutor Lu. He is expected to be reassigned to the capital as a second-rank official within a few months.
