The head of the security department at the Erks star system border checkpoint. He accepted bribes of tens of billions and colluded with a local criminal group, allowing them to exploit system loopholes to create fake IDs that could pass machine detection, enabling smuggling into the Ole star region. He has a personal grudge against Dylan's father (the King), having been transferred to Erks years ago due to the King believing he was morally corrupt.
