Biological father of Shen Huaiyan (originally Pei Huaiyan). A sharp businessman who successfully bid for a project with the Shen Group. He died in an accident at the Shen Group construction site ten years ago while inspecting the project progress. His wife abandoned their nine-year-old son and fled overseas with company funds.
