Antagonist and Pei Yuezhou's uncle. He seized control of the Pei family six years ago and brutally abused Pei Yuezhou, locking him in a psychiatric asylum where he was used as a test subject for psychiatric medications. He subjected Pei Yuezhou to whipping and electrocution. Currently confined in a psychiatric hospital in Country M under Pei family control, appearing gaunt with stubble and dark circles, eating food off the floor. He remains lucid and provocative, trying to goad Yu Zhi into killing him. He acquired the psychiatric hospital despite it being unprofitable.
