The patriarch of the Heavenly Dog Tribe, an A-Rank Water Esper who is 69 years old but appears much older due to the harsh environment of the Exile Planet and exposure to Dark Matter. Despite his age, he could live to 600 years old according to Esper lifespan data. He has a son who is only 16 years old. He is nostalgic about his tribe's caves and earthen houses but also greedy, as shown by him hiding a chicken bone in his pocket. He tries to mediate the dispute between Ah Wa and Mana but is unable to decide on divorce.
