Also called Stinky Starling Panglai, a fat man with a greasy belly who harasses Jiang Li in the bird tribe market. He is lecherous and aggressive, grabbing Jiang Li's arm and leaving bruises. He is afraid of Meiyi and the bird king's punishment since underage females are protected by tribe rules. He transforms into a beast form (starling) to fly away quickly.
