The boss of a gang of about three hundred men. Once a small-time thug, he took over a small food factory after the apocalypse. His gang consists almost entirely of men and sits at the top of the food chain, enjoying the best food, water, and shelter. They practice cannibalism, as indicated by the red-rimmed eyes of his men from prion infection. Attractive men and women, as well as children, are exploited and considered food.
