A round-faced young lady who sat next to Zhi Wan at the midday banquet. She is the sister of Ouyang Lei, Deputy Minister of the Court of Judicial Review. She was friendly toward Zhi Wan, partly because she wanted to know more about Lu Zhan. She admitted her brother was worse than an outsider when it came to knowing about Lu Zhan.
