Koku's attending physician who has been responsible for Koku's recuperation in Japan. He is a close friend of Tezuka Koku (the father) and has watched Koku grow up. He genuinely likes Koku and regards him almost like his own child. He is the doctor who frequently gives Koku injections, which is why Koku particularly dislikes him. He recommended that Koku go to school for social interaction and exercise. He prepared everything at the hospital for Koku's arrival and diagnosed Koku's fever as a stress response caused by indigestion.
