The grandmother of Gu Leshu and the matriarch of the Gu family. She had a big argument with the Old Shi family after her grandson went mad. She confronted Shi's parents at their door, accusing them of harming her grandson through their daughter A Yue. She is described as caring deeply for her only precious grandson.
