A large, muscular man in a white lab coat who is a non-physical Esper working at the Center. He accompanied Lee Miyeon during the interrogation of Ji Gwanyeong. He brought a small laptop which Ji Gwanyeong crushed without lifting a finger. He had the ability to remember conversations without difficulty. He remained mostly expressionless but showed slight surprise when learning Ji Gwanyeong had lived thirteen years without a Guide.
