Male supporting character, an official in his forties or fifties, new to his post and eager to prove himself. He arrives to arrest Su Wanwan based on false accusations from Wu Sannian but is fooled by Pei Changfeng and Su Wanwan. After learning he was deceived, he returns to investigate Wu Sannian.
