A Japanese operative who arrived in Beiping with his entourage. He stayed at Yao Xiaofeng's residence in Shajing Hutong. He had planned to use a Red Party traitor to lure Wang Minghao into a trap, but a gunman ruined his plan. He refused to return to the Japanese Concession despite safety concerns, believing surveillance was tighter there. He was eventually taken out by Wang Minghao and his team.
