Also called Aunt Shen, she is an elderly servant who previously served Madam Ning (Ruolian's birth mother). She is devoted to Shaohuai and tends to his daily needs like feeding him snacks and water. She is gossipy and tends to interfere, but Lady Lin manages to subtly keep her in check while still showing trust in her abilities to manage the maids in Chaolu Courtyard.
