One of the Four Seas Dragon Kings, described as having a bloated, piggish face. He has at least ten generals with strength comparable to Upper Third Rank Immortals of Supreme Purity. He has a penchant for male companionship, which caused resentment among his generals. A century ago, he demanded child sacrifices in the mortal realm, but his unfilial son died within two days. He is shrewd and unwilling to sacrifice his own territory's forces for the greater good.
