A capable minister who became Qin Sang's disciple. In the original novel, he was supposed to serve under the protagonist Xie Chen and later became Imperial Preceptor after Xie Chen unified the world. Feng Zhao recognized him as a talented person and intended to recruit him as Xiao Hongyi's imperial tutor, considering him more suitable than Yuan Chao.
