Also known as Manager Ni, he is the head of Jishitang pharmacy. He wears yellow robes and luxurious clothing. He colluded with Wang Erma to frame Lin Xi and Xiao Yongyan for selling fake medicine. He offered only fifty wen for their herbs (claiming they should have only been worth forty) and then planted radish sprouts and graygrass in their herb bundle to accuse them of deception. He demanded either three kowtows to his family or twenty taels as settlement, revealing his true intent was extortion rather than justice.
