Supporting character, also known as Secretary Ni, who is Qin Nancheng's first secretary. He arrived at the Foreign Affairs Division to collect Su-27 translation materials. He had a decent relationship with Fang Guifen and tried to warn her subtly by coughing and shooting her looks, but she ignored him. He was visibly restless and anxious during the tense scene with Lin Xiwei's deliberate seductive behavior toward Qin Nancheng, eventually fleeing out the door.
