Presiding judge of the Noble Court. He is biased toward higher-ranking nobles, particularly Viscount Hannie's faction. He quickly ruled against Freya without fair consideration, showing favoritism. He was terrified when Freya revealed her supernatural powers and later ordered guards to seize or kill her after Calrasa accused her of being a witch.
