Nangong Xun, also referred to as Nan Xun, is the young master of the Secluded Mountain Manor. His father, Nan Gong Zhuangzhu, shared a life-and-death friendship with Jiu Yue's master. Nangong Xun calls Jiu Yue senior sister because when they were young, she knocked out one of his teeth during a sparring match. He is eager for Jiu Yue to return to the mountain manor with him, as his father misses her. He sneaked into the Regent Manor several times to find Jiu Yue's dog, which he successfully stole from a training camp. He is described as having a noble heart dedicated to providing a home for wandering heroes, inherited from his father. He is confused about Jiu Yue's mission involving Da Yan and a marriage alliance. He sensed their impending parting when Jiu Yue prepared to leave for Da Yan. He noticed the silver hairpin on the table and understood that Jiu Yue came down the mountain to search for her family.
