The leader of the Legion, humanity's main fighting force against the AI rebellion. He was ambushed and wounded by AI at the start of the battle. Despite his injuries, he maintained control and arranged for Nan Yuan and his mother to escape. He gave Nan Yuan a mission to reverse the actions of artificial intelligence before he died. His final recorded images showed him smiling alongside Nan Yuan's mother and brother as they sacrificed themselves against enemy pursuers.
