Also known as Ubuyashiki Muzan, a man on the verge of becoming a demon king who had swallowed the Blue Spider Lily. He was restrained by a binding vow made with Sakurai Hoshi, promising not to hurt anyone or eat people, or he would die on the spot. Described as cruel, heartless, and tyrannical by Abe no Seimei.
