Mu Jinyue's father. He is the most skilled basket weaver in the entire Mu family. He gathers willow branches from the riverbank to weave baskets and containers. He is honest but passive, often yielding in family conflicts. He is deeply affected by his family's suffering but feels powerless to change their situation.
