Wife of Bai Muban and daughter-in-law of Old Mrs. Bai. She has excellent embroidery skills and joined the needlework department at the Shen estate. She embroidered a 'Pomegranate and a Hundred Sons' quilt cover as a gift for the First Lady. She is of an age where having a child would be highly unusual. She recognized the swaddle pattern on the abandoned infant as her own handiwork. She protected the baby fiercely.
