A dragon who lives in a seaside villa. He is an endangered species and causes rainstorms by sneezing. He feels he is doing humanity a favor by cooling things down naturally. He is arrogant and made comments about pandas being only good for eating and looking cute. The Monster Management Bureau cannot do anything about him since there are far more pandas than dragons.
