A mechanical engineer from Country D who was sent to repair machines at the machinery factory. He is arrogant and made excessive demands, including asking for a bribe of 10,000 yuan and demanding Su An sleep with him. He threatened not to repair the machines unless Su An apologized. He believed Chinese people were easy to control, but was proven wrong. He was eventually slapped in the face when Su An repaired all the machines herself.
