A linguistics expert from Tokyo Imperial University and a good friend of Yao Xiaofeng. He was introduced to Oda Junya as part of Yao's entourage. Also referred to as Sanpu Tomoteki, he is described as a short man who left Yao Xiaofeng's house with six men following him.
