The director of Chuan Deng Welfare Institute, also referred to as the Dean. An elderly woman with graying hair and a gentle expression. She was once framed for something in her youth and was remarkable when young. She previously worked as a caretaker at the orphanage and witnessed bloodstains on a wall after Sophie took several children away. She believes Shen Xizhen may be one of the children taken from her, possibly a survivor of the experiments.
