A young man in a suit, appears to be an assistant or subordinate of Mr. Ke. He has a serious expression and barely responds to others. He follows Mr. Ke and later Zhu Ze out of the surveillance room. His expression shifts slightly when he sees Fang Shimian and Zhu Ze together. He formally communicates with Zhu Ze about the incident involving Mr. Huo and He Yao, indicating he is involved in handling the aftermath of the car-smashing incident.
