Also known as Yang Sixian, a military doctor from the XX Military District Hospital. He provides emergency treatment to Battalion Commander Qian during the convoy ride. He overhears about the skilled TCM doctor treating stroke and decides to seek her out to help Qian Jingsheng. He orchestrates the plan to secretly transfer Qian from the hospital.
