A man in his forties whom Fang Qingye met while fishing near Jiaogang. He worked at the Development and Reform Bureau and was not skilled at fishing, often buying fish from the farmers' market to pass off as his own catches. He received the seven fish Fang Qingye caught for free and hoped to learn fishing tips from him the following week.
