An old man with a bark-like wrinkled face, dull gray eyes, and a fedora. He leads the players through Mermaid Town and appears to be a boss-level character, possibly the leader of the mermaids. He always has a smile with a hidden knife, making people afraid. He is strangely kind to Gu Lin, his eyes lighting up when Gu Lin imitates his bow. He mentions the upcoming Mermaid Festival and that there are no little mermaids in town yet, looking at Gu Lin with a strange, unsettling light.
