The Master of Fushan Tower who took in the nine unclaimed solitary souls. She established the rule that ghosts must pay three taels of Nether-wealth monthly to live in the tower; those who cannot afford it must live in the woodshed on plain porridge and salted vegetables. Nether-wealth comes from mortal offerings. She lectures the ghosts annually on ritual solicitation techniques. She resides on the third floor with Su Yingtang and Helan Wang.
