The leader of the fifth grade in the male division of Dēngxiān Shūyuàn, one year younger than Yin Luo. He holds a grudge against Jiang Baiyu because Jiang Baiyu gave his younger brother (who entered the academy ranked seventh) a beating. He looks at Jiang Baiyu with disdain and made discouraging remarks about talent being insufficient without hard work. He was reprimanded by Yin Luo for his pettiness.
